About Taskora

We are a small team from Berlin building tools that help people work better together.

How Taskora started

In 2019, our co-founders Julia and Markus were running a digital agency in Berlin. Like most teams, they had tried every project management tool available. Some were too complicated. Others too simple. Most were expensive and built for Silicon Valley workflows that didn't quite fit how European teams operated.

They decided to build something themselves — a tool that respects privacy, stores data in the EU, and doesn't charge per-seat rates that punish you for growing. Taskora launched in 2020 with 12 beta testers. Today it has over 14,000 teams across 30 countries.

Our values

Simplicity first. Every feature we add must earn its place. We remove things more often than we add them. A cluttered interface is a broken promise to the user.

Privacy by default. Your data belongs to you. We don't sell it, we don't analyse it for advertising, and we keep it within the EU. Our GDPR compliance isn't a checkbox — it's a core design principle.

Fair pricing. Software doesn't have to be expensive. We believe in straightforward plans without hidden charges, activation fees, or surprise add-ons.
